The service. GrowDukan helps you manage your Google Business Profile: posts, review replies and review requests. It is currently a free beta and may change.
Your account. You must be 18+ and own or be authorised to manage the business you add. Keep your phone secure; actions from your account are treated as yours.
Your approval. Posts and replies are published only after you approve them, or automatically if you switch on Auto mode. You are responsible for content published from your account, including AI-written text you approve.
Fair use. Do not post false offers, fake reviews, or content that breaks Google's policies or Indian law. Do not ask customers for reviews in exchange for discounts or gifts.
Customer contacts. Only add customers who agreed to hear from you. Review requests are sent from your own WhatsApp.
Google. Google services are provided by Google and subject to its terms. We are not responsible if Google rejects, removes or delays content.
No guarantee. We work hard to keep the app running but cannot promise more views, calls or sales. The service is provided "as is" to the extent allowed by law.
Ending. You can delete your account any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Law. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
